HOW TO BOOK A SESSION

In order to book a session a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. We do accept all Credit Cards over the phone.


CAN I SPLIT MY 10 HOURS OVER MULTIPULE DAYS?

No. If you need to schedule sessions over multipule days we suggest using 4 hours sessions.


CANCELLATION POLICY

All sessions need to be rescheduled no later than 7 days before your scheduled session date. Deposits are forefited (at studios discression) on canceled sessions and there may be a rescheduling fee applied.


DISCOUNTED RATE RESCHEDULING

If you have a session scheduled at a discounted rate (vs. Full Card Rate) you may be subject to rescheduling at the studios discression. We will try to avoid this at any and all costs but certian circumstances do require the studio to book over you. You may be given the option to increase your daily rate to the card rate to avoid the booking conflict.


MEDIA

Upon completion of the session any and all media (Analog or Digital Formats) are the sole responsibility of the muscian/client. The studio will not be held responsible for storage or archiving of media on behalf of the client. Masters will be issued once at the completion of the project.

Client/Musician must have their own media to record on for the session. Below is a list of suggested drives in a few price ranges. If you would like to discuss in more detail to make sure you purchase the correct drive please call us at 303-586-1872.
